Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All payments for paid listings on ToFindAI are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as described below.

2. Listing Approval

If your listing submission is rejected by our editorial team, you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days. Rejection reasons may include failure to meet quality standards, incomplete information, or inappropriate content.

3. Cancellation by User

You may cancel your paid listing at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

4. Service Issues

If ToFindAI experiences extended downtime or technical issues that prevent your listing from being displayed for more than 7 consecutive days, you may request a prorated refund for the affected period.

5. Annual Plans

Annual plan subscribers may request a refund within 14 days of payment if the listing has not yet been approved and published. After approval, annual plans are non-refundable.

6. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at admin@tofindai.com with your submission ID and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.
