ToFindAI Affiliate Program Terms
These affiliate terms summarize the expectations for approved ToFindAI affiliates. Commissions are based on actual eligible paid activity.
Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates receive compensation for referring paying customers to ToFindAI. Affiliate promotions should clearly disclose this financial relationship wherever required or appropriate.
Program rules
- Disclose that you may earn a commission when promoting ToFindAI.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about ToFindAI, AI tools, customer results, income, traffic, rankings, or guaranteed outcomes.
- Do not spam, scrape, misrepresent your identity, or use deceptive traffic sources.
- Do not bid on confusing ToFindAI brand terms or create pages that imply they are official ToFindAI pages unless approved.
- Do not self-refer. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own ToFindAI purchases, listings, sponsorships, or accounts. Our system may automatically block or void self-referral commissions.
- Commissions may be pending, approved, paid, voided, adjusted, or reversed according to the active admin settings and actual Stripe payment/refund activity.
- ToFindAI may pause, reject, or remove an affiliate account if the affiliate violates program rules or creates fincial risk or any type of reputational damage for ToFindAI.com and its owners.
