ToFindAI Affiliate Program Terms

These terms govern participation in the ToFindAI Affiliate Program. Commissions are based on eligible paid activity, and affiliates must promote ToFindAI truthfully, disclose material connections, and follow applicable marketing, privacy, and communication rules.
Affiliate disclosure
Affiliates may receive compensation for qualifying referrals to ToFindAI. Affiliates must make their material connection to ToFindAI clear in each promotion where a disclosure is required or reasonably needed for the audience to understand the relationship.
When commission is created
Referral clicks may be tracked before a purchase, but clicks, applications, abandoned checkouts, unpaid forms, and test activity do not create commission. Commission is created only after an eligible referred purchase has actually completed paid activity and is then handled under the current hold, refund, chargeback, exception, and payout rules.
Program rules
- Clearly disclose that you may earn a commission when promoting ToFindAI. Make the disclosure easy to notice and understand in the context of the promotion.
- Do not make false or misleading claims about ToFindAI, listed AI tools, customer results, income, traffic, rankings, savings, or guaranteed outcomes.
- If you send commercial email, text, direct messages, or other electronic promotions, comply with applicable anti-spam and marketing rules. For messages subject to Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), this includes having a valid consent basis, identifying the sender as required, and providing a working unsubscribe mechanism.
- Do not spam, scrape protected data, misrepresent your identity, use deceptive traffic sources, install software without required consent, or use promotions that create a false impression of official ToFindAI ownership or endorsement.
- Do not bid on confusing ToFindAI brand terms or create pages, profiles, domains, or advertisements that imply they are official ToFindAI properties unless ToFindAI has approved that use.
- Do not self-refer. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own ToFindAI purchases, listings, sponsorships, or accounts. The system may automatically block or void self-referral commissions.
- Referral clicks may be tracked before a purchase, but commission is created only from eligible completed paid activity. Commissions may later be held, adjusted, voided, reversed, or paid according to the active program settings and actual payment, refund, dispute, fraud, and payout status.
- Protect affiliate login credentials and do not attempt to manipulate referral attribution, commissions, payouts, customer identity, or payment records.
- ToFindAI may pause, reject, or remove an affiliate account for material rule violations, fraud, deceptive marketing, unlawful promotion, provider restrictions, security risk, or conduct that creates material financial or reputational risk for ToFindAI.
