A clear process for reporting material on ToFindAI that you believe infringes copyright, trademark, or another intellectual-property right.
This is ToFindAI’s general intellectual-property complaint process. It is intended to help rights holders identify disputed directory or promotional material and is not a substitute for legal advice or for any statutory notice process that may apply to a particular intermediary or jurisdiction.
Send a written complaint that includes: your name and reliable contact information; the work, mark, or other right you believe is affected; your interest in or authority concerning that right; the exact ToFindAI URL or other location of the disputed material; a clear description of the alleged infringement; and enough supporting information for us to understand the claim. If timing is relevant, include the relevant date or period.
Please state that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law, and that the information in your complaint is accurate to the best of your knowledge. If you are acting for someone else, identify the basis of your authority.
ToFindAI may acknowledge the complaint, ask for missing information, restrict or remove disputed material, contact the person or business associated with the content, preserve relevant records, or take another reasonable step while the issue is reviewed. A temporary restriction does not mean ToFindAI has made a final legal determination.
A person or business whose content is restricted may be given an opportunity to explain its rights, authorization, ownership, licence, fair dealing position, or other relevant basis for the material. Where facts or legal rights are genuinely disputed, ToFindAI may keep material restricted while the parties resolve the dispute or provide clearer evidence.
Do not knowingly submit false, misleading, or abusive complaints. ToFindAI may decline repeated, incomplete, fraudulent, or clearly bad-faith requests and may take appropriate action to protect the site and its users.
Complaint information may be shared with the person or business responsible for the disputed material, service providers, advisers, or authorities when reasonably necessary to investigate, respond, preserve rights, comply with law, or protect the site. Do not include unnecessary sensitive personal information.
Use the Contact page or email support@tofindai.com. Use a subject such as “Copyright / IP Complaint” and include the exact ToFindAI URL involved.
