If a paid submission is rejected before approval and no alternative resolution is offered, a refund may be considered.
Cancellation rules may depend on the plan or sponsorship term selected. Unless stated otherwise, cancellations prevent future billing but do not automatically create prorated refunds.
If a major platform issue materially prevents delivery of a paid placement, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
