How ToFindAI reviews refund, cancellation, renewal, duplicate purchase, and technical delivery questions.
This Refund Policy applies to paid directory listings, sponsorships, advertising placements, renewals, and related promotional purchases made through ToFindAI unless a separate written agreement applies.
Paid listings, sponsorships, and advertising purchases are generally non-refundable once submitted, reviewed, activated, displayed, or made available for customer self-service, except where required by law or approved in writing by ToFindAI.
Listing fees support review, storage, directory display, customer access, and platform operation. A paid listing purchase does not guarantee traffic, leads, ranking, sales, or specific business results.
Sponsorship fees reserve or activate selected advertising placements. Once a placement is activated or made available, refunds are generally not provided for lack of clicks, impressions, leads, sales, or subjective performance.
Recurring plans may renew automatically according to the selected billing term. Customers are responsible for cancelling renewal before the next billing date if they do not want the next term to renew.
Cancellation generally stops future renewal billing. It does not automatically refund the current billing period or remove an already-delivered or already-available advertising period unless ToFindAI approves otherwise.
If a paid listing or sponsorship is rejected before activation and no reasonable correction, alternative placement, credit, or resolution is offered, ToFindAI may review the account for a refund or credit.
If a duplicate purchase, accidental submission, or obvious checkout error occurs, contact us promptly with the reference number and payment details. ToFindAI may review the situation and may offer correction, credit, or refund where appropriate.
If a major ToFindAI technical issue materially prevents a paid listing or sponsorship from being displayed or managed, contact support. Remedies may include correction, extension, replacement placement, credit, or refund review depending on the circumstances.
Refund timing, payment method limitations, failed payments, disputed charges, and payment reversals may be affected by Stripe or the configured payment processor.
