Listing customers are responsible for submitting accurate, lawful, and current information. ToFindAI may review, edit, reject, approve, reposition, hide, suspend, or remove listings when needed for quality, safety, policy compliance, legal reasons, or site integrity.
Sponsorship customers are responsible for selecting available placements, submitting correct destination URLs, and uploading creatives that meet the required desktop and mobile dimensions. Purchased placements do not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, conversions, sales, ranking, or revenue.
You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit company information, descriptions, URLs, trademarks, logos, images, banner creatives, and any other content you provide. You grant ToFindAI permission to display, store, resize when necessary, review, and use submitted content for directory and advertising purposes.
Banner creatives must be appropriate for a general business audience, must not infringe third-party rights, must not be misleading, and must match the technical requirements shown during upload. ToFindAI does not guarantee placement performance, user engagement, traffic volume, search position, leads, sales, conversions, revenue, visibility duration beyond the paid or approved term, or any specific business result.
You may not use ToFindAI to submit unlawful, misleading, harmful, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, spam-related, adult, hateful, or unsafe content. You may not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the site, scrape in abusive ways, or misuse customer access links.
