By accessing or using ToFindAI, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Purpose of the Platform

ToFindAI™ is a curated directory and discovery platform for artificial intelligence tools, vendors, and resources. We also provide affiliate and advertising services that connect AI creators with users and promoters worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a vendor, affiliate, or advertiser account. By registering, you confirm that all provided information is accurate and lawful.

3. Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility, including listings and ads submitted by your authorized team.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms or content standards.

4. Vendor Submissions & Listings

Vendors and developers may submit their AI tools or services for inclusion in the directory. By submitting, you represent that:

• You have full legal rights to the materials and content submitted.
• Your listing does not infringe on third-party rights or contain prohibited content.
• You understand that submission does not guarantee permanent inclusion or ranking priority.

Free listings must include an active affiliate program link. Paid listings receive additional visibility as described on the submission form. All listings remain subject to review and potential removal for non-compliance.

5. Paid Services & Subscriptions

• Payment for paid listings, featured placements, or advertising campaigns must be completed before publication.
• All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, or Square.
• Recurring subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Refund eligibility is outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Advertising & Affiliate Links

Advertisers may place banners and campaigns through our Ad Engine. All content must comply with applicable advertising standards and be appropriate for a global audience.

ToFindAI participates in affiliate marketing programs and may earn commissions from purchases or signups generated via referral links. Use of such links will not affect the price you pay.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use ToFindAI for unlawful, misleading, or malicious purposes.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Scrape, copy, or resell site content without written permission.
• Upload viruses, malware, or automated scripts intended to disrupt service.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform content, design, graphics, and underlying software are owned by Stolting Media Group™ and protected under international copyright law. Vendors retain ownership of their submitted trademarks, logos, and descriptions but grant ToFindAI a non-exclusive license to display them within the directory.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

ToFindAI provides listings and advertising services “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party information. Your use of listed tools, products, or services is at your own discretion and risk.

In no event shall ToFindAI, Stolting Media Group™, or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and listings at any time for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or harmful behavior. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.

12. Updates to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. The most recent version will always be available on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance of any updates.
