Terms of Use

ToFindAI provides discovery, directory, promotional, and related account-management services. You must use the site lawfully and must have authority to submit information, make purchases, or act for any business or organization you represent.

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, rights, and required substantiation of all submitted material, including articles, advertising copy, images, destination links, and later revisions. You must not submit misleading, infringing, deceptive, unlawful, unsafe, or otherwise unsuitable content. You authorize ToFindAI to review, classify, label as sponsored, format, decline, restrict, or remove submitted content under these Terms and the applicable product rules.

When you claim or manage an existing listing, you represent that you are authorized to act for the business, organization, product, or other subject of the listing. Automated email, domain, website, or DNS verification helps establish account access but does not decide legal ownership rights. False or competing claims may result in restricted access, additional verification, temporary suspension of changes, or restoration of control while an ownership dispute is reviewed.

You retain ownership of content you own. By submitting content for display, you grant ToFindAI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, resize, display, distribute, and use that content as reasonably needed to operate, promote, archive, and improve the ToFindAI directory and the placement you requested. You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this permission.

If you believe material on ToFindAI infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights, use our Copyright & IP Complaints process. ToFindAI may restrict or remove disputed material while a good-faith complaint is reviewed.

The applicable order or checkout describes the product, price, currency, billing interval, and purchased entitlements, including placement, character or link limits, publication duration, and any available editing, renewal, or replacement rights. Purchasing one article does not grant the right to replace it repeatedly with unrelated new articles or obtain additional promotional placements without a qualifying package or separate purchase. Recurring products renew until cancelled or the stated end condition is reached. Where supported, customer management tools may be used to manage or cancel future renewals. Cancellation of a renewal does not ordinarily refund the current paid period.

ToFindAI reserves the right, at its editorial and commercial discretion, to decline, pause, reposition, modify for presentation, suspend, or remove any listing, banner, sponsored article, or other promotional content, with or without advance notice where appropriate. This may be done whenever ToFindAI determines that the content, advertiser, placement, links, or continued publication is unsuitable for the platform, its audience, policies, operations, or business interests, whether or not the advertiser has breached these Terms. Payment does not buy an irrevocable right to continued display or editorial endorsement. If a paid placement has already been activated, exercising this discretion does not, by itself, entitle the customer to a refund or credit, except to the extent required by applicable law, the Refund Policy, or an express written agreement.

Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy, the product terms disclosed at purchase, and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Cancelling future billing or requesting the early end of an active promotional placement does not by itself create a prorated refund.

You are responsible for protecting passwords, access links, reference numbers, access codes, and other credentials provided for customer or affiliate access. Notify ToFindAI if you reasonably believe access to your account or managed item has been compromised.

Do not misuse the site, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, submit malware, automate abusive requests, scrape protected backend data, impersonate another person or business, manipulate reviews or claims, or use ToFindAI to facilitate unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.

Directory results, vendor listings, advertisements, sponsored articles, and outbound links may describe independently operated products and services. ToFindAI does not control or guarantee their quality, legality, accuracy, security, performance, privacy practices, fulfillment, or continued availability. A listing or paid relationship is not an endorsement or recommendation. You must evaluate the provider and its terms before purchasing, registering, sharing information, or relying on the product.

Some directory listings, sponsorships, and articles are paid promotional placements, and some outbound links may generate affiliate compensation. Advertiser-supplied articles may be placed alongside news or editorial content, but must be identified as paid or sponsored material. Paid placement does not represent independent editorial endorsement or a guarantee of product quality. ToFindAI may identify or qualify promotional links as required by applicable rules. Purchasing a listing, banner, sponsored article, or other promotional service does not guarantee visibility at a fixed position or frequency unless expressly purchased, or any particular traffic, search ranking, leads, conversions, revenue, or other commercial outcome. Distribution, search features, traffic, site content, and available inventory may change.

ToFindAI may modify, pause, discontinue, or secure features when reasonably necessary. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, fraud, security risk, payment problems, legal requirements, or conduct that materially harms the site or other users. Where practical, self-service and corrective options are preferred for routine account matters.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToFindAI and its operators provide the site, directory, content, discovery tools, and related information on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without guarantees as to their accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness, or results. You use the site and rely on any content or third-party services at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ToFindAI and its operators are not responsible or liable for losses, damage, costs, lost revenue or profits, business interruption, lost data, or other harm arising from the use of, inability to use, or reliance on the site, its information, listings, links, or third-party vendors and products. We do not assume responsibility for transactions, disputes, services, or outcomes between visitors and independently operated providers. These Terms are subject to applicable Canadian law and any other mandatory law governing a particular transaction. We may update these Terms as our services change. Updated terms generally apply to new purchases after their stated effective date; material changes to existing paid agreements are subject to applicable law and any agreement already accepted by the customer. Nothing here excludes legal rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
